Browsing and enquiries
This website is a catalogue. It does not process payments online. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. To reserve a product you contact us by phone, email or in person, and we confirm availability, price and delivery before any order is final.
Pricing and availability
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors happen and stock changes. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel an order arising from an obvious mistake, with a full refund of anything paid.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours so we can put it right.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days (14 days for made-to-order items) for a refund. See the returns details on our contact page or ask our team.
Warranty
Our products carry the warranties stated on each product page (typically 5 years on frames, 2 years on textiles, 1 year on lighting). Warranties cover manufacturing defects, not normal wear, weathering or misuse.
Intellectual property
All text, images and design on this site belong to MistBench or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law, including consumer-protection rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
