What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and reply to you:

  • Contact details you provide through our enquiry form (name, email and your message).
  • Order and delivery details when you reserve a product by phone, email or in person.
  • Technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies you accept (see our Cookie policy).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver orders, keep records required by law, and — only with your consent — improve the website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Legal basis

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and equivalent principles, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract (fulfilling an order), and our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful shop.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example couriers and freight carriers for delivery — and only as far as needed. They are bound to protect it and use it for no other purpose. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months and order records for as long as tax and warranty obligations require, then securely delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to those who need it.
